We aim to make you feel confident using our services through a fair and transparent refund policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on Image to Anime, including one-time purchases (credits) and subscription plans. Unless otherwise stated, refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal) and are subject to the conditions below.
2. One-Time Purchases (Credits)
- Credits (e.g., AI image conversion credits) become available in your account immediately after payment.
- Used credits are non-refundable. Once credits have been consumed for image generation, they cannot be refunded.
- Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided no credits from the order have been used and no terms of service have been violated.
- To be eligible, the refund request must be submitted within the stated period and include the order information listed in Section 5.
3. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period and can be cancelled at any time in your account settings.
- After cancellation, you can continue using the service until the end of the current billing period; no further charges will be made.
- Fees already charged for the current billing period are generally non-refundable.
- Exceptions may be made in the following cases: (a) duplicate or erroneous charges, (b) service outages lasting more than 48 consecutive hours, or (c) subscription cancellation requested within 14 days of the initial purchase where the service has not been meaningfully used. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Payment Processing
All payments are processed through PayPal. Refunds are returned to your PayPal account, and the arrival time depends on PayPal's processing cycle (typically 3-10 business days).
5. How to Request a Refund

- Order number / PayPal transaction ID
- Purchase date
- Account email address
- Reason for the refund request
We will respond to your request within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
